HOW TO REGISTER
Participation in our Private Instructional Program takes place in two forms: Individual or small group (2-4 players). You choose!
The mission of our Private Instructional Program is to provide quality skill instruction that is tailored to meet the specific strengths and needs of your child or small group. That is, due to the low instructor:player ratio, the instructor has the opportunity to conduct a more complete physical and cognitive assessment of your child, thus resulting in a more individualized plan, or approach, to the instruction.
Your child is also likely develop a better personal rapport with his or her instructor than what is typically experienced at many larger training facilitie. Such facilities usually do not stress the importance of the personal interaction between player and coach. This is evidenced by the fact that your child likely does not receive the same instructor on a consistent basis, whereas with 21st Century Sports your child will have the opportunity to work exclusively with one of our staff members.
Our systematic instructional approach with regard to teaching skills to youths is one based on sound educational concepts and cumulative skill-building progressions. This is the sole reason that many of our staff currently serve as high school coaches and teachers in many of the school districts of Westchester.
Also, we value the importance of communicating with parents and, when appropriate, the player, in an effort to better understand issues pertaining to your child's participation in our program, such as the desired goals or outcomes, current playing status or situation, and other issues related to your child's skill development (e.g. an injury, learning disability, etc.). Our goal is to create appropriate joint player/parent goals that are best suited for your child's experience in our Private Instructional Program.
In addition to the obvious elements of having improved one's baseball or softball skills, secondary outcomes of having participated in our Private Instruction Program often include an improved self-confidence, the ability to organize and communicate their ideas in a constructive manner and improved ability to work with his or her peers.

RATES
1 Player/Individual - $75/session
*2 Players - $60/session/player
3 Players - $50/session/player
4 Players - $40/session/player
*Sibling Discount: If you register 2 siblings for one hour, the 3-player rate applies ($100 vs. $120, a savings of $20!).
*If you register and pay in full for 5 or more sessions, you will receive 10% off the total amount.
*5 or more Players is considered Team Training. Please see the Team Training tab on the left.
*Lessons are approximately 55-60 minutes long.
LOCATIONS
Private Instruction/Lessons can be scheduled to take place anywhere throughout Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties. Upon scheduling a lesson, you and your instructor together will determine an exact field location.
