Denise Denis
Denise Denis joins the 21CS Softball-Specific staff beginning in September 2008. Denis has spent the past six seasons instructing all aspects of the game – at both the NCAA Division I and high schools levels - throughout New England and New York, including stops at Quinnipiac University (CT) and Saratoga Springs High School in upstate New York. Denis has also been a softball clinician on the big stage, serving as a guest speaker at the 2007 New York State Public High School Athletic Association Convention. In addition to her coaching career, Denis currently boasts an impressive playing resume. Since 2005 she has played with the Connecticut Brakettes, where as a starter she has won two national titles at the highest level of ASA competition. Before playing for the Brakettes Denis had a standout career at UMass-Amherst, achieving both Atlantic 10 and All-American honors. Also, Denis currently still holds the home run record for New York’s Empire State Games. In addition to her coaching duties with 21CS, Denis also has an extensive background in working with young athletes to develop their speed and athleticism, having served as a trainer at the Parisi Speed School.

Amber Radomski
Amber Radomski has recently joined the 21CS Softball-Specific coaching staff. Radomski, a key member of the ASA National Champion Connecticut Brakettes (see our home page), is also the Head Coach at Manhattanville College in Purchase, N.Y. At Manhattanville, she will be in charge of recruiting, fundraising, alumni relations in addition to her role as an on-field instructor.
"I am very excited to have Amber Radomski as our new softball coach,” said Kevin Levinthal, Director of Athletics. “Amber will make a big difference in the direction of the program and I think the potential of the program under her leadership is limitless."
A 2003 graduate of American International College (Mass.), Radomski has a wealth of coaching experience. From 2004-2008, she served as an assistant coach at American International, where she assisted in teaching of fundamentals and strategies and also worked with pitchers and catchers calling pitches during games. In addition, Radomski worked with the program’s recruiting efforts and helped plan practices.
Prior to her coaching work at American International, Radomski was a Graduate Associate Softball Coach at Springfield College (Mass.), working exclusively with pitchers and catchers on mechanics and strategy.
From 2004-05, Radomski spent her summers in Italy playing softball professionall for Impresa Tarabuso in the A1-A2 divisions. During her collegiate playing career at American International, she was named Northeast-10 All-Conference first team in 2003, while helping the Yellow Jackets capture the Northeast-10 Conference Championship.
